A very important goal of the project is that of establishing local/regional networks, co-ordinated by a partner of the project, consisting of all interested parties on the local level, making these focal points for the activities in and after this project has been carried out.

The network will have to include all stakeholders and aims at co-ordinate regional actions in the pellets field.

ETA chooses to establish the network in Tuscany, region with abundant biomass resources and with promising activities in this field; in fact pellets producers have augmented in the last years from 2 to five units, but they need support in their activities.

Next to the regional network, a steering committee will be established including authorities, pellets producers, equipment manufacturers and research institutions. This will ensure that the right actions according to market stakeholders’ opinion are taken into account, and that a sustainable action is established that can continue the work also after the end of this project.
