Abstract:
Cellulose was dissolved into hot compressed water at 280 oC and 10 MPa which was further treated by enzymatic hydrolysis at 35 oC for 24 h by cellulase and ߭glucosidase. Dissolved cellulose was hydrolyzed faster than cellulose powder by enzymatic hydrolysis.
