Abstract:

The work purpose to create system of effective allocation from natural relic lakes of Azerbaijan highly productive new strains of micro Algae. This system includes carried out (scientific regulations) and preparation of laboratory base (a collection of micro algae). Many microalgae have a high nutritional value since they contain proteins, vitamins, minerals, and nonsaturated fats. Moreover, they can yield higher outputs for the same levels of water and land than many conventional agricultural products. The core kinds for perspective search have been chosen: Cyanobacteria Spirulina, Cyanobacteria Spirulina, Cyanobacteria Anabaena, Bacteria Halobacterium halobium, Alga Dunaliella, Alga Asteromonas, Alga Chlorella. AQRO HAYAT LLC actively developing company specializing in biotechnology. The basic interests development of ecologically harmless "knowhow" of a biomass of micro Algae saving up resources. Are for this purpose studied and introduced in manufacture highly productive strains of micro Algae (Dunaliella, Chlorella, Spirulina, Asteromonas, Anabaena). The diverse product lines that can be derived from algae would strengthen the new industry & agricultural sector. The production of fine chemicals & vitamins is currently underway. These products would not compete with current agricultural products and, in several cases, the algalderived products would complement the production of agricultural products. The production of food and feed directly from algae could also be a benefit to the agricultural sector because of the lower land and water quality requirements of algaeponds. Algal production is particularly suited for areas with hot and dry climates, access to saltwater resources, and high manpower quality. Such a research effort will require international cooperation among the biotechcompanies and academic entities (University). Experts of AQRO HAYAT LLC develop new ways of production of micro Algae in Azerbaijan.
