Abstract:
LIFE project GENDER4POWER aims at improving the living conditions, including financial stability, health, well-being, and energy efficiency of buildings (and households) affected by energy poverty through the dynamic demonstration and implementation of holistic, gender-responsive, multi-stakeholder and people-centered solutions in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency. In this paper, the GENDER4POWER project is presented, highlighting its main activities and a unique stakeholder engagement strategy that places local leaders at the centre.
