Abstract:
Part of Mission Innovation, an international initiative to support innovation and deployment of clean technology to support the transition to a net-zero economy, the Integrated Biorefineries Mission aims to accelerate development and deployment of integrated biorefineries. This paper will present the Mission’s initial consultations with domestic stakeholders to assess the current state of biorefining, the development of its Innovation Roadmap to address key challenges, as well as initial activities to begin to support international collaboration between its members.
