We are proud to announce that EUBCE 2023 is now open
for abstract submissions!

Part of this "pride" comes from the fact that EUBCE is not only a stage for promoting pioneering research in science and technology, but also an event that welcomes and supports women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), with previous years attendance boasting an almost 50:50 gender balance.

EUBCE 2023 will mark the 31th edition of our European Biomass Conference & Exhibit, and it will mark our return to real-world interaction (!) after three years online.

EUBCE 2023 will be a hybrid event, offering the excitement that comes along with face-to-face networking and discussions.

Allow to underscore "hybrid" – since, while we are excited about returning to in-person opportunities, we have no intention of moving “back” to anything. The online nature of the last 3 EUBCE editions enabled unprecedented global reach and multi-format audience participation. As such, we will continue to combine this format and its benefits in 2023.

That being said, we do imagine you would feel excited to see your work reflected at the largest biomass conference and exhibit in the world. Towards that, we do encourage you to submit one, two, or even more abstracts for consideration.

To do so, take a look at the six EUBCE 2023 conference topics, download the Abstract Submission Toolkit to get started, and then...

Let us meet in Bologna!
