Flexible Production of Synthetic Natural Gas and Biochar via Gasification of Biomass and Waste: FlexSNG Project's Fourth Newsletter
This newsletter, designed and edited by ETA-Florence, reports the latest news and developments of the project that have occured in the last 6 months.
The overall objective of the H2020 FlexSNG project is to develop and validate (TRL5) a flexible and cost-effective gasification-based process for the production of pipeline-quality biomethane, high-value biochar and renewable heat from a wide variety of low-quality biomass residues and biogenic waste feedstocks.

The EU is currently working on policy initiatives and legislative proposals in the field of carbon removals. In this new factsheet the main gaps in regulation and NEGEM's policy recommendations are summarized. The second new factsheet  describes the advantages and challenges of BIO-CCS systems and the policy recommendations.
